Mold Testing Services

Regular Tests

  1. Post Remediation Verification: A mold clearance inspection is checking the work after it has been done to make sure it is done properly.
  2. Lab Report: The lab report is the breakdown of what the air samples show. Samples are tested for type of mold, and amount present.
  3. Air Sampling: Air sampling is taking samples of the affected area to bring to the lab for testing.
  4. Visual Inspection: A non-invasive visual inspection will help discover possible mold locations.
  5. Moisture Reading for Affected Areas: We use the most advanced equipment to find hidden mold.
  6. Indoor Surface Sample: We take direct surface sampling of suspected mold growth.
  7. Remediation Protocol: The protocol is a complete plan for mold remediation.
  8. Outdoor Air Control Sample: This sample establishes a baseline for normal conditions in the area.

Premium Test
9. Crawl Space and/or Attic: We inspect visually, and take air and/or surface samples as needed.
